FRIENDS WITH KIDS

I had heard some really great things about this movie so I had to see it.  I had heard of Jennifer Westfeldt before this.  She was Jon Hamm's pretty, significant other.  That was all I knew.  I learned today that she is an amazing writer, producer, director and actress.

I suppose that this story of a platonic couple choosing to have a child might be considered a "Chick Flick".  There were no men in the screening I attended.  I guess it is but, guys are missing out.  With a cast right out of "Bridesmaids" it proved there is another Hollywood group of talented BFFs.

The movie met all my criteria for getting my movie "Bang for my Buck".  It made me laugh without grossing me out.  It made me cry because it touched my heart.  I was never bored.  I never thought that a moment of it didn't make sense.  And, I truly liked all the characters.

I got my money's worth when I chose to see "Friends With Kids".  I hope a lot of people check it out.
